为探明玉米秸秆与猪粪袋装堆肥发酵的最佳技术参数,选用玉米秸秆与猪粪为材料,以C/N、发酵菌剂和含水量3因素进行正交试验。结果表明,综合考察各项指标,最优水平组合为A2B3D2,即C/N为25~35∶1,添加Bio发酵菌剂,含水量为40%~55%对玉米秸秆与猪粪袋装进行堆肥发酵的效果最佳。虽然堆肥发酵结束后的有机质含量略有下降,但全磷和全钾含量均有所增加,堆肥毒性降低,且达到了堆肥腐熟度的要求。说明采用袋装堆肥技术能有效地对玉米秸秆与猪粪等废弃物进行无害化处理,实现废弃物的资源化利用。
In order to find out the best technical parameters of compost fermentation of corn stover and pig manure bag, corn stalk and pig manure were selected as materials, and orthogonal experiment was carried out with C / N, fermentation agent and water content. The results showed that the optimal combination of all the indexes was A2B3D2, that is, C / N was 25-35: 1, Bio-fermentation agent was added and the moisture content was 40% -55% Composting fermentation best. Although the content of organic matter decreased slightly after the compost fermentation, the contents of total phosphorus and total potassium increased, the compost toxicity decreased, and the compost maturity was reached. It shows that the use of bagged composting technology can effectively decontaminate corn stalks and pig manure and other waste, and achieve the resource utilization of waste.
