迄今为止,国内外关于高职院校地方企业文化课程开发这一块的课题研究是很不给力的,实践方面也几乎没有什么成功的做法和经验。直接为地方企业培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才的高职院校不研究和开发地方企业文化课程,直接面向地方企业就业的高职学生不了解地方企业文化,这种现象显然是不正常的。事实上,高职院校研究和开发地方企业文化课程不但很有必要,而且切实可行,关键是采取什么样的有效途径和方法来做这样一件事情。
So far, the domestic and foreign research on this topic in the field of local corporate culture in vocational colleges and universities is very awkward, and there are practically no successful practices and experiences in practice. Higher vocational colleges directly cultivating high-quality laborers and skilled personnel for local enterprises do not study and develop local enterprise culture courses. Higher vocational students who are directly employed by local enterprises do not understand the local enterprise culture. This phenomenon is apparently not normal . In fact, it is not only necessary but also practicable for higher vocational colleges to study and develop local enterprise culture courses. What is the effective way and method to do such a thing?
