大量家长希望学校严格管理自己的子女,越严越好。针对多数家长的这种心理,许多高中学校都用封闭式管理来吸引生源。在这种封闭式的管理下,学生的成绩普遍得到有效地提高。但从学生的长远考虑,学校采取的封闭式管理会对学生的身心发展甚至是终身发展带来一些问题。下面笔者就多年的教育教学实践,简单谈一谈自己对学校封闭式管理的担忧。一、实施封闭式管理的弊端1、隔离社会、脱离实践在封闭式学校,以提高成绩为宗旨,学生生活在“教
A large number of parents hope that the school will strictly manage their children, the more strict the better. In response to most parents’ psychology, many high schools use closed-door management to attract students. Under this closed-door management, student achievement has generally been effectively improved. However, from the perspective of students, the closed-door management adopted by schools brings some problems to their physical and mental development and even their lifelong development. The author following years of education and teaching practice, simply talk about their own closed-door management school concerns.
