教学有法,教无定法,贵在得法。在国家颁布的新课程标准下,以学生为本的各种教学设计和方法层出不穷,个性化、创新形式的教学方式屡见不鲜,“花样教学”被青年教师所追逐。宋朝著名学者朱熹大力倡导“循序而精致”和“学源于思”。笔者认为,教育的真谛在于受教者内化知识。所以,不管教学方式如何变化,因材施教、循序渐进始终是教学的基本原则。本文以获得第十四届江西省物理学会青年教师初
Teaching a law, teaching no law, you are worthy of the law. Under the new curriculum standards promulgated by the state, various teaching designs and methods based on students are emerging in an endless stream. Individualized and innovative forms of teaching are not uncommon, and “teaching in style” is chased by young teachers. Zhu Xi, a well-known scholar in the Song Dynasty, advocated “order and refinement ” and “learning from ”. The author believes that the essence of education lies in the internalization of knowledge by the recipient. Therefore, no matter how the teaching methods change and teach students in accordance with their aptitudes, gradualism is always the basic principle of teaching.
