本文对44例健康有一胎以上生育史妻子无流产史男子和54例妻子有不明原因流产史的男子,检测精子内LDH-x同工酶相对活力和比活性。正常组男子精子内LDH-x相对活力为45.30%±5.60%,比活性为9.1±4.4u/mg精子沉淀蛋白质。流产组按~2月,~3月,~4月,~5月,~6月分为五组,其精子内LDH-x相对活力分别为35.4%,38.5%,43.6%,44.4%,44.13%,相关回归分析发现LDH-x相对活力与维持妊娠时间呈正相关,比活性分别为3.4,3.9,5.15,6.5,7.83u/mg精子沉淀蛋白;~2月,~3月,~4月以内流产组丈夫精子内LDH-x比活性与正常组比较有显著统计学差别,~5月,~6月流产组无显著统计学差别,提示丈夫精子内LDH-x比活性低下可导致妻子早期流产。
In this paper, 44 healthy men and women with one child with reproductive history without abortion and 54 males with unexplained abortion history were tested for the relative activity and specific activity of LDH-x isozymes in sperm. The relative activity of LDH-x in normal men was 45.30% ± 5.60% and the specific activity was 9.1 ± 4.4u / mg. The sperm precipitated the protein. The abortion group was divided into five groups according to ~ February, ~ March, ~ April, ~ May, ~ June. The relative activity of LDH-x in sperm was 35.4%, 38.5%, 43.6%, 44.4%, 44.13 %. Correlation analysis showed that the relative activity of LDH-x was positively correlated with the duration of pregnancy, and the specific activities were 3.4, 3.9, 5.15, 6.5, 7.83u / mg respectively. LDH-x specific activity in the abortion group was significantly different from that in the normal group. There was no significant difference in the abortion group between May and June, suggesting that low LDH-x specific activity in the husband’s sperm may lead to early miscarriage of the wife .
