目的对斜视手术患儿行认知干预护理,观察患儿的心理状态以及患儿家长的护理满意度。方法择取本院于2014年1月至2016年3月期间收治的斜视手术患儿114例,通过随机抽签法,将患儿划分为研究组与对照组,每组各57例。对照组患儿接受常规护理,研究组患儿接受常规护理+认知干预,对比两组患儿的心理状态以及患儿家长的护理满意度。结果研究组患儿的严重性负性心理发生率为7.02%,患儿家长护理满意度为91.23%;参照组患儿的严重性负性心理发生率为28.08%,患儿家长护理满意度为61.40%;相应数据组间差异统计学意义十分显著,即P<0.05。结论对斜视手术患儿行认知干预护理,不仅可以改善其心理状态,促使患儿预后良性发展,还能提高患儿家长的护理满意度,有利于护患关系和谐发展,因此,该护理措施值得临床推广。
Objective To conduct cognitive intervention nursing for children with strabismus surgery and to observe the psychological status of the children and the satisfaction of nursing care of the parents. Methods A total of 114 children with strabismus in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were enrolled in this study. The children were divided into study group and control group by random sampling, 57 cases in each group. Children in the control group received routine care. The children in the study group received routine nursing intervention and cognitive intervention. The psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the parents were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of serious negative psychology in study group was 7.02%, and the satisfaction rate of parental care in children was 91.23%. The incidence of serious negative psychology in study group was 28.08%. The satisfaction rate of nursing in parents was 61.40% respectively; the difference between the corresponding data sets was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Cognitive intervention nursing for children with strabismus surgery can not only improve their psychological status and promote the benign development of children’s prognosis, but also improve the satisfaction of nursing parents and promote the harmonious development of nurse-patient relationship.
