对大涵道比涡扇发动机而言,外涵喷管推力系数对性能计算结果影响较大。因此,确定外涵喷管推力系数对性能计算非常关键。本文给出了外涵道推力系数确定的计算方法,该方法将内涵道推力系数作为常量,将其影响综合考虑在外涵道推力系数中。结合某型涡扇发动机的部分参数的测量精度,利用该方法对其进行误差分配。结果表明,测量精度基本满足需求。
For large bypass ratio turbofan engines, the thrust coefficient of the external culvert nozzle has a great influence on the performance calculation results. Therefore, to determine the outer nozzle thrust coefficient of performance calculation is critical. In this paper, the calculation method of determining the thrust coefficient of external ducts is given. The method considers the thrust coefficient of the internal tunnel as a constant and takes its influence into account in the thrust coefficient of the external tunnel. Combined with the measurement accuracy of some parameters of a turbofan engine, the method is used to carry out the error distribution. The results show that the measurement accuracy basically meet the demand.
