以建设中的钢筋混凝土地下粮食筒仓为研究对象,在土体回填过程中,对仓壁侧压力、仓底钢筋内力以及仓壁钢筋内力进行现场监测。通过分析监测数据,得出仓壁侧压力、仓底和仓壁钢筋内力的分布规律;通过钢筋环向内力的实测值,反算出仓壁的侧压力,并与仓壁侧压力实测值和根据规范的理论计算值进行比较,对造成差异的原因进行分析,为地下粮食筒仓的设计计算提供理论依据。
Taking the under construction reinforced concrete underground food silo as the research object, during the backfilling of the soil, site pressure on the silo wall, internal force at the bottom of the barrage and internal force of reinforcement on the barn wall were monitored on site. By analyzing the monitoring data, the distribution rules of pressure on the silo side and the internal force of the steel bar on the silo wall are obtained. The measured values of the internal force of bar ring are used to calculate the lateral pressure of the silo wall. Standard theoretical calculations to compare the reasons for the differences caused by the difference, to provide a theoretical basis for the design and calculation of underground food silos.
