针对人体解剖学专业青年教师来源欠缺、教学能力与科研水平亟需提升等问题,本研究基于学科特点的青年教师成才机制,充分发挥教学团队的凝聚力,以师德建设为抓手,以教学水平和科研能力提升为目标,构建人才引领—人文精神—教学能力—科研素质四位一体的培养模式,通过求贤、立德、育人、求真、激励等措施,切实有效促进青年教师迅速成长,为学科发展储备力量。“,”This study is based on the mechanism of self-development of the subject features of young teachers, giving full play to the cohesion of the teaching teams. Some problems need to be solved, such as lack of young faculty of human anatomy, capacity building of teaching and scientific research. Making the ethics construction of the teacher is an important point, aiming at teaching and scientific research ability, building the four-in-one training mode that covers talent leadership, humanistic spirit cultivation, teaching ability and quality of scientific research. It can effectively promote the growth of young teachers by seeking talent, morality, education, the pursuit of truth, incentive measures, which will reserve strength for the development of subjects.
