为充分调动全省广大干部群众投身西部大开发的积极性和创造性,抓住机遇,实现新的跨越。一年多来,我们以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,先后在全省深入开展了“西部大开发,四川怎么办”大讨论、“三个代表的要求怎样落实”大讨论,以及正在进行的“我为四川新跨越做什么”大讨论。
In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the vast numbers of cadres and the masses in the province to join the large-scale development of the western region, seize the opportunity and achieve a new leap forward.
