苯乙烯广泛存在于环境中,人体少量吸入,没有毒性反应,而长期暴露于高浓度苯乙烯环境,可能引起呼吸系统等相关疾病。扁桃酸是苯乙烯的主要代谢物,是检测苯乙烯暴露水平的生物标志物。另外,扁桃酸也是重要的手性药物中间体,其光学纯度直接影响下游产品的质量,因此有必要发展快速、准确、灵敏、简便、分离性能好的药物对映体测定方法来提供中间体的质控数据。本文综述了扁桃酸对映体几种分析方法的研究进展,为建立准确、简便地检测扁桃酸对映体的分析方法提供参考。
Styrene is widely present in the environment. Inhalation of human body in small quantities with no toxic reaction. Long-term exposure to high-concentration styrene environment may cause respiratory diseases and other related diseases. Mandelic acid is the major metabolite of styrene and is a biomarker for the detection of styrene exposure. In addition, mandelic acid is also an important chiral drug intermediate. Its optical purity directly affects the quality of downstream products. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a rapid, accurate, sensitive, simple and convenient separation method for drug enantiomers to provide intermediates Quality control data. This review summarizes the progress of several analytical methods for mandelic acid enantiomers and provides references for the establishment of an accurate and simple method for the determination of mandelic acid enantiomers.
