针对工业过程监控系统的优化问题,设计了一种新型的集成过程监控和控制结构,并应用于无刷直流电动机测试平台控制系统.控制系统的新型实时优化控制策略是一种Youla参数化方法的简化替代实现,它不需要改变控制系统的预先设计,就可以提高整个系统的鲁棒性能,并保证系统的闭环稳定性;同时残差矢量还可用于故障检测和隔离.为在线优化控制策略的实现,设计了对应的成本函数和求解.最后,通过试验验证了在线优化控制实施在无刷直流电动机测试平台上的有效性.“,”Aiming at the optimization problem of industrial process monitoring system,a new integrated process monitoring and control structure was designed and applied to the brushless DC motor test platform control system.The new realtime optimization control strategy of the control system was a simplified alternative to the Youla parameterization method.It could improve the robust performance of the whole system and ensure the closed-loop stability of the system without changing the pre-design of the control system.Residual vector could also be used for fault detection and isolation.At the same time,the cost function and solution of online optimization control strategy were designed.Finally,the effectiveness of online optimization control on the brushless DC motor test platform was verified.
