目的通过研究胸片、CT、超声三种影像学检查对中央型肺癌并阻塞性肺不张诊断的比较,探讨超声在诊断中央型肺癌并阻塞性肺不张肺市肿块的价值及意义。方法采用前瞻性双盲自身对照,对随机选择的176例中央型肺癌并阻塞性肺不张的患者超声、胸片、CT进行比较。结果肺门肿块检出率为胸片CT34%,超声89%超声(US)+CT90%(P<0.005)。结论超声在检查中央型肺癌并阻塞性肺不张肺门肿块时可弥补胸片、CT的不足,从而提高了诊断的准确率。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the diagnosis of central pulmonary carcinoma with obstructive pulmonary atelectasis by three radiological examinations including chest radiography, CT and ultrasonography and to explore the value and significance of ultrasound in the diagnosis of central lung cancer with obstructive pulmonary atelectasis. Methods A prospective, double-blind self-control study was performed on 176 randomly selected patients with central lung cancer and obstructive atelectasis. Results The detection rate of hilar mass was chest radiography CT34%, ultrasound 89% ultrasound + CT90% (P <0.005). Conclusion Ultrasound in the detection of central lung cancer and obstructive atelectasis in the hilar mass can make up for chest X-ray, CT deficiencies, thereby increasing the diagnostic accuracy.
