我国沿海高职院校这几年借据地理位置以及地方经济优势得以发展迅速,但由于总体管理的模式过于固化,管理制度的发展也达到一定完善程度,所以局部出现停滞不前的状态。高职院校要进一步发展壮大,需要不断的创新与改革,以促进高职院校的科学发展,提高其办学质量和社会贡献度。本文着重探讨微观层面的高校管理制度,即高职院校内部学生管理制度。
In recent years, China’s coastal higher vocational colleges have been able to develop rapidly based on their geographical location and local economic advantages. However, due to the over-solidification of the overall management model, the development of the management system has also reached a certain level of perfection. Therefore, there has been a partial stagnation. Higher vocational colleges need further innovation and reform in order to further develop and grow so as to promote the scientific development of higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of their running schools and social contribution. This article focuses on the micro-level college management system, that is, the internal management system of higher vocational colleges.
