介绍了超声声速法检测和控制脉铁质量的原理和方法。研究了声速与球铁的球化程度、机械性能(抗拉强度、延伸率、硬度)以及基体组织等的关系;生产证明超声声速法不但可以控制球铁质量,而且具有快速简便、正确可靠、费用低廉、不破坏被测件等优点。本文介绍我们对超声声速法无损检测球铁强度和球化程度的试验研究情况。
The principle and method of detecting and controlling the quality of the iron by ultrasonic velocity method are introduced. The relationship between the speed of sound and the degree of nodularity, mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation, hardness) and matrix microstructure of the ductile iron was studied. The production proves that the ultrasonic velocity method can not only control the ductile iron quality, but also has the advantages of fast, Low cost, does not undermine the benefits of the measured parts. This article describes our experimental study on the nondestructive testing of the ductile iron strength and the degree of spheroidization by the sonic velocity method.
