目的 :评价 180°氩激光小梁成形术治疗药物控制不良开角型青光眼患者的有效性。方法 :2 4名患者 2 7眼 ,用氩激光照射鼻侧 180°小梁网非色素性与色素性小梁交界处。光斑直径 5 0 μm,脉宽 0 .1S,功率 0 .6～ 1.2 W,光凝点数 5 0～ 6 0。术前术后滴 0 .2 % brimonidine控制术后一过性高眼压。结果 :随访 1～ 13月 ,平均 11± 4月 ,术前 ,术后 1周 ,6月 ,12月平均眼压分别为 2 5 .7± 5 .4mm Hg,17.9± 3.9mm Hg,19.6±4.7mm Hg,2 0 .1± 4.7mm Hg。术后 6月成功率为 2 3/ 2 7(85 .1% ) ,术后 12月 2 0 / 2 7(74.1% )。术后一过性高眼压发生率 6 / 2 7(2 2 % ) ,只有 1例眼压比术前高 7mm Hg。结论 :180°氩激光小梁成形术能有效地降低开角型青光眼患者的眼压
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of 180 ° argon laser trabeculoplasty in the treatment of patients with poorly controlled open-angle glaucoma. METHODS: Twenty-four patients (27 eyes) were irradiated with argon laser at the junction of non-pigmented and pigmented trabecular meshwork in the 180 ° trabecular meshwork. Spot diameter of 50 μm, pulse width 0.1S, power 0.6 ~ 1.2 W, photocoagulation points 50 ~ 60. Preoperative and postoperative drops 0.2% brimonidine postoperative transient ocular hypertension. Results: The mean IOP of preoperative, postoperative 1 week, June, and December at follow-up from 1 to 13 months were 11.7 ± 5.4mm Hg, 17.9 ± 3.9mm Hg, 19.6 ± 4.7 mm Hg, 2.0 ± 4.7 mm Hg. The success rate in June was 23/27 (85.1%) and 20/27 (74.1%) in December. Postoperative transient ocular hypertension occurred in 6/27 (2 of 2%), and only 1 patient had an intraocular pressure 7 mm Hg higher than preoperative. Conclusion: 180 ° argon laser trabeculoplasty can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure in patients with open angle glaucoma
