基建部门拥有相当数量的五十至六十年代的移动电站,对它们采用可控硅励磁进行改造,可以收到增产、节约和挖潜的效果。从1975年开始,我单位针对供电质量要求不同的情况,采用三种方案,对移动电站进行改造。改造前,发电机供电质量差,反应慢,直接启动电动机的能力差,手动调节励磁的发电机已达到近乎报废的程度。经过改造,旧机性能显著改善。
The infrastructure sector has a considerable number of mobile power plants in the 1950s and 1960s that have been retrofitted with controlled-silicon excitation to receive incremental production, savings and potential tapping. From 1975 onwards, my unit for the power quality requirements of different situations, the use of three programs to transform the mobile power station. Before the transformation, the power supply quality of the generator was poor, the response was slow, and the ability of starting the motor directly was poor. The generator that manually adjusted the excitation had reached the level of almost scrapped. After transformation, the old machine performance has been significantly improved.
