目的研究7种含碘手消毒剂的消毒实验效果。方法用悬液定量杀菌实验、手消毒现场实验和加速试验验证7种含碘手消毒剂的消毒效果及其稳定性。结果 7种含碘类消毒剂使用浓度下,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌作用1.0分钟,杀灭对数值>5.00;对白色念珠菌作用1.0分钟,杀灭对数值>4.00。使用浓度下,消毒剂对手现场消毒1.0分钟,对自然菌平均杀灭对数值均大于1.0,样品37℃存放3个月,有效碘下降率均小于10%。结论 7种含碘手消毒剂对悬液内的3种细菌和1种真菌以及手场试验中的自然菌具有快速杀灭效果,且加速试验中7种手消毒剂均能达到2年稳定性。
Objective To study the disinfection effect of seven kinds of iodine hand disinfectants. Methods The disinfectant effect and stability of 7 kinds of iodine hand disinfectants were verified by quantitative bactericidal test, hand disinfection field test and accelerated test. Results Seven kinds of iodine-containing disinfectants were used at concentrations of 1.0 minutes to kill Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa to kill the logarithm> 5.00; Candida albicans for 1.0 minutes to kill the logarithm> 4.00. At the use concentration, disinfectant opponents disinfected on-site for 1.0 minutes, killing the natural bacteria on average more than 1.0 logarithmic value, 37 ℃ stored for 3 months, the effective iodine decline rates were less than 10%. Conclusion Seven iodinated hand disinfectants have a rapid killing effect on three kinds of bacteria and one fungus in the suspension as well as the natural bacteria in the hand test, and seven kinds of hand disinfectants in the accelerated test can reach two years of stability .
