目的:研究维甲酸(RA)对人胃癌细胞株(SGC7901)层粘素受体(LNR)基因和原癌基因C-Ha-ras表达的影响。方法:应用原位杂交方法标记LNR探针和C-Ha-ras探针,对人胃癌细胞(分为经RA处理及未经RA处理两组)中LNR和C-Ha-ras基因的mRNA表达进行检测。结果:经RA处理的人胃癌细胞LNR mRNA表达较未经RA处理者显著降低(P<0.01~0.001);C-Ha-ras转录水平亦显著降低(P<0.01~0.001)。结论:RA可显著抑制人胃癌细胞LNR和C-Ha-ras基因的表达。
Objective: To study the effect of retinoic acid (RA) on the expression of laminin receptor (LNR) gene and proto-oncogene C-Ha-ras in human gastric cancer cell line (SGC7901). METHODS: LNR and C-Ha-ras probes were used to label LNR and C-Ha-ras probes by in situ hybridization. The mRNA expression of LNR and C-Ha-ras genes in human gastric cancer cells (divided into RA-treated and non-RA-treated groups) was analyzed. Conduct the test.
