以渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮为对象,建立了其线接触混合润滑模型,应用多重网格法求解压力、多重网格积分法计算弹性变形、逐列扫描法求解温度以及通过剪应力分析计算非牛顿流体等效粘度等数值技术,求得了几组参数下渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的热瞬态混合润滑完全数值解,分析了齿轮转速、传递功率、油膜比厚等参数对润滑膜压力和厚度的影响。结果表明随齿轮转速和油膜比厚的增大,中心压力减小,膜厚增大。随传递功率增大,中心压力增大,膜厚减小。
