成效导向教育(OBE)帮助老师将课程目标(语言技能)和学习技能量化来评审。量化了的结果经过分析,可以通过百分比显示问题的症结所在,老师就能针对性地设计活动来改善不足之处。本文以马来西亚玛拉工艺大学华语班情景对话评审为例,简单地介绍如何从最基本的配对表的制作开始到进行“持续质量改进百分比”(Continuous Quality Improvement)的拟定与计算。
Effectiveness-oriented education (OBE) helps teachers evaluate curriculum goals (language skills) and learning skills. The quantified results are analyzed to show the crux of the problem in terms of percentages and the teacher can design activities to improve the deficiencies. In this paper, the Malaysian Malasia Polytechnic University Chinese class scene dialogue review as an example, simply introduced from the most basic pairing table to the beginning of the “continuous quality improvement percentage” (Continuous Quality Improvement) formulation and calculation.
