硝酸铵生产过程中和反应溶液pH值的准确测定与合适的控制是稳定生产的必要条件,也是优质、高产、低消耗的有力措施。可是我厂过去对pH的测定是用人工滴定方法进行的,对工艺的控制是人工手动操作的。间断的操作造成工艺条件不稳定和生产中氨的损失很大,要解决这一问题必须对中和反映器中溶液的pH值进行连续测定和自动控制。我们曾用玻璃—甘汞电极进行测定,但是玻璃—甘汞电极只适用于60℃以下的温度,在较高的温度下(120℃±5℃)不能正常工
