目的通过酸性氧化电位水和84消毒液应用比较,观察酸性氧化电位水和84消毒液对湿化瓶的消毒效果、消毒时间及安全性的差异。方法随机抽取全院回收的120个湿化瓶,分为实验组A,对照组B和对照组C来比较。结果 84消毒液浸泡2 min的是有菌生长,酸性氧化电位水浸泡2 min和84消毒液浸泡30 min的是无菌生长,效果相同。结论酸性氧化电位水浸泡2 min就可达到84浸泡30 min的消毒标准,具有消毒时间短,安全性高等优点,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE To compare the disinfection effect, disinfection time and safety of acidic oxidizing potential water and 84 disinfectant on humidified bottles by comparing the application of acidic oxidizing potential water and 84 disinfectant. Methods A total of 120 hygienic bottles collected in the hospital were randomly divided into experimental group A, control group B and control group C to compare. Results 84 disinfectant soaked for 2 min is the growth of bacteria, acid oxidation potential water immersion 2 min and 84 disinfectant soak for 30 min is sterile growth, the same effect. Conclusion Acidic oxidizing potential water soak 2 min can reach 84 soak for 30 min disinfection standards, with a disinfection time is short, high security, it is worth promoting.
