钦州县制革厂以制猪皮革为主,每年废水总排放量为3万吨(其中含铬废水600吨)。废水中主要含有铬、硫化物、丹宁、脂肪、氨氮等物质。为消除铬对环境的污染,该厂1983年初建成废水铬回收处理车间。功率0.2~0.3m~8/h。一、铬废水的处理原理及工艺流程1.原理:用化学沉淀法,在含Cr~(+++)的废液中加NaOH,使Cr~(+++)生成Cr(OH)_3沉淀物,反应式为:Cr(OH)SO_4+2NaOH→Cr(OH)_3↓+Na_2SO_4,然后用真空吸滤装置将Cr(OH)_3吸滤出来,从而达到除铬的目的。
