我院自1992～1995年共收治格林—巴利综合征18例,均附合格林—巴利综合征诊断标准。现就其临床特点进行分析。 一般资料:18例中男性12例,女性6例,发病年龄1个月～59岁,20岁以下者7例,其中7～8月份8例。 有上呼吸道感染(上感)史6例,上感伴腹泻者1例,阑尾术后1例,劳累过度1例,无前驱症状者1例。舌咽神受累4例,四肢软瘫12例,双下肢瘫4例,双上肢瘫2例。伴有植物神经障碍1例,表现为心动过速,一过性大汗,小便潴留。有主观感觉障碍痛、麻木8例,腕关节和踝关节以下痛觉减退1例。腓肠肌握痛1例。Fisher综合征2例,其中双侧面神经受累伴其济失调1例,复视伴四肢软瘫和共济失调1例。行气管切开术加人工辅助呼吸者2例均并发肺炎。本组病例均在病程2～3周查脑脊液出现蛋白—细胞分离,蛋白介于50mg～2.5g,细胞数0～6个。 本组18例采用综合治疗,能量合剂、激素、光量子治疗3例。按肌力恢复到Ⅳ级为准,在20天内恢复者7例,1个月内恢复者4例,1～2个月恢复者5例,
In our hospital from 1992 to 1995, a total of 18 cases of treatment of Guillain-Barre syndrome, are attached to the diagnostic criteria of Guillain-Barre syndrome. Now on the clinical features of the analysis. General information: In 18 cases, there were 12 males and 6 females. Glossopharyngeal involvement in 4 cases, 12 cases of limbs paralysis, double lower limb paralysis in 4 cases, double upper limb paralysis in 2 cases. 1 case accompanied by autonomic dysfunction, manifested as tachycardia, transient sweating, retention of urine. A subjective feeling of pain, numbness in 8 cases, wrist and ankle below the pain reduction in 1 case. Gastrocnemius muscle pain in 1 case. Fisher syndrome in 2 cases, including bilateral facial nerve involvement with its economic disorders in 1 case, diplopia with limb weakness and ataxia in 1 case. Tracheotomy and assisted resuscitation in 2 cases were complicated by pneumonia. The patients in the course of 2 to 3 weeks to check the cerebrospinal fluid protein-cell separation, protein ranged from 50mg ~ 2.5g, cell number 0 ~ 6. The group of 18 patients with comprehensive treatment, energy mixture, hormones, light quantum therapy in 3 cases. According to the level of muscle recovery to grade Ⅳ, in 20 days recovery in 7 cases, 1 month recovery in 4 cases, 1 to 2 months recovery in 5 cases,
