房地产市场成片开发的模式,使人们生活在一个相对独立的住宅小区,互不相识的人们以房产为纽带,结成了一个个利益相关的命运共同体。在这些现代化的住宅小区中,三股主要力量形成了对接,即:房地产开发商、物业管理公司、和业主。而这三股力量连同与传统藕断丝连的居民委员会力量、埋藏在各股力量中若隐若现的政府力量,正一齐交织“冲刷”着传统中国农村社区以及单位制社区中的权威指向。骤然间,当社区冲突的“暴风雨”来临时,人们不知所措:谁该为冲突“撑”起权威的“大伞”?本文试图在现代化商品房社区权威模糊甚至混乱的现状下,运用相关理论,寻找权威的“突破点”。
