目的观察比较动态空气消毒机、臭氧空气消毒机、紫外线灯三种方式对结核科室病房内空气消毒的应用效果。方法河南省胸科医院结核科室病房采用自然沉降法采样及细菌沉降法,对动态空气消毒机、臭氧空气消毒机、紫外线灯三种方式消毒前后平均菌落数进行比较,同时比较以上方法消毒合格次数。结果三组均采样25次,动态空气消毒机组和臭氧空气消毒机组菌落合格率均达到100%,紫外线灯组合格率为56%,相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消毒前1h检测平均菌落数三组无统计学差异(P>0.05),消毒后1h动态空气消毒机组和臭氧空气消毒机组与另一组相比差异显著(P<0.01)。结论动态空气消毒机、臭氧空气消毒机两种具有明显优势,动态空气消毒机更具有高效环保的优点,临床上可根据具体情况加以选择应用。
Objective To compare the application of dynamic air disinfection machine, ozone air disinfection machine and ultraviolet light lamp in air disinfection of tuberculosis department ward in three ways. Methods The nodules of tuberculosis department of Henan Provincial Thoracic Hospital were collected by natural sedimentation method and bacterial sedimentation method. The average number of colonies before and after disinfection by dynamic air disinfection machine, ozone air disinfection machine and ultraviolet light lamp were compared. At the same time, . Results All the three groups were sampled 25 times. The pass rate of dynamic air disinfection unit and ozone air disinfection unit reached 100%, and the passing rate of UV light unit was 56%. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference among the three groups (P> 0.05). The dynamic air disinfection unit and ozone air disinfection unit at 1 hour after disinfection had significant difference compared with the other group (P <0.01). Conclusion Dynamic air disinfection machine, ozone air disinfection machine has two obvious advantages, dynamic air disinfection machine is more efficient and environmentally friendly advantages, clinically based on the specific circumstances to be selected to apply.
