首先通过悬浮聚合法来制备不含氟的聚合物—苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物,然后利用四氢呋喃和乙醇的混合溶液来诱导聚合物分相。聚合物分相形成了大量的聚合物微球,它们的不规则排列构成了表面的多尺度粗糙结构,最终获得了具有自清洁性的超疏水涂层。当共聚物涂层表面的接触角达到157.8°时,其接触角滞后为6.8°。此外,共聚物涂层具有优异的自清洁性和抗酸碱腐蚀性。
First, a fluorine-free polymer-styrene-methyl methacrylate copolymer was prepared by a suspension polymerization method, and then a polymer was induced to separate phase using a mixed solution of tetrahydrofuran and ethanol. Polymers phase-separated to form a large number of polymer microspheres, their irregular arrangement of the surface of the multi-scale rough structure, and ultimately obtained a self-cleaning superhydrophobic coating. When the contact angle of copolymer coating surface reaches 157.8 °, the contact angle hysteresis is 6.8 °. In addition, the copolymer coating has excellent self-cleaning and acid-base corrosion resistance.
