目的探讨早期综合发展在社区儿童保健中的推广应用意义。方法 把400个儿童随机分为对照组200名和实验组200名,对实验组进行早期教育、营养监测、睡眠指导、疾病预防等,在1岁时进行发育商和营养的对比。结果实验组的发育商和营养性疾病的发病率差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论在基层儿童保健中通过早期教育、营养干预,能促进小儿智能的发育及降低营养性疾病的发病率,早期综合发展可以作为适宜技术向社区推广应用。同时开展健康教育使家长在儿童睡眠、疾病预防、营养等方面掌握科学的育儿技术,间接促进儿童综合发展。
Objective To explore the application of early comprehensive development in community health care. Methods 400 children were randomly divided into control group 200 and experimental group 200, the experimental group for early education, nutrition monitoring, sleep guidance, disease prevention, developmental and nutritional comparison at 1 year old. Results The incidence of developmental and nutritional diseases in experimental group was significantly different (all P <0.01). Conclusion Early childhood education and nutrition intervention can promote the development of pediatric intelligence and reduce the incidence of nutritional diseases. Early comprehensive development can be applied as a suitable technology to the community. At the same time, health education should enable parents to master scientific child-rearing techniques in children’s sleep, disease prevention and nutrition, and indirectly promote the comprehensive development of children.
