利用数码相机、X射线衍射仪、材料试验机及扫描电镜研究了磁感应强度为0~1.11T的直流磁场对纯镁凝固组织、结晶织构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着直流磁感应强度的增加,纯镁的晶粒尺寸有轻微增大的趋势。直流磁场显著影响纯镁的结晶织构,(0002)面结晶织构减弱,而(1010)面结晶织构增强。在直流磁场的作用下,纯镁的抗拉强度有所降低,但伸长率明显提高,其伸长率较无磁场处理的试样相比,最高提高了544%。
The effects of DC magnetic field with magnetic induction of 0 ~ 1.11T on solidified microstructure, crystalline texture and mechanical properties of pure magnesium were studied by digital camera, X-ray diffraction, material testing machine and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the grain size of pure magnesium tends to slightly increase with the increase of DC magnetic induction. The DC magnetic field significantly affected the crystalline texture of pure magnesium, while the crystallographic texture of the (0002) plane was weakened while the crystallographic texture of the (1010) plane was enhanced. Under the action of DC magnetic field, the tensile strength of pure magnesium decreased, but the elongation increased obviously. The elongation of pure magnesium increased by 544% compared with the sample without magnetic field.
