试验在人工气侯室内进行 ,设置 6个温度处理湿地松粉蚧成虫 ,9个温度处理卵 ,结果表明 :温度对湿地松粉蚧越冬代成虫死亡率、产卵量、繁殖力有着显著的影响 ;该蚧卵的发育起点温度为 6 .6 4℃ ,有效积温为 1 5 3.31日度 ,发育的最适温度在 2 9℃左右 ;在 1 9~ 32℃时 ,卵的孵化率均在 90 %以上 ,差异不显著 ,但在 35~ 37℃时 ,卵几乎不孵化 ,用线性日度模型、王氏模型与Logistic模型对卵的发育速率进行拟合 ,均有较好的相关性和拟合度 试验结果与野外实验得出的结论是基本一致的 ,高温是新侵入区湿地松粉蚧夏季种群数量显著凋落的主要原因之一
