本文结合科技查新服务的现状和质量分析，较深入地研究了Internet信息资源分布和Internet检索工具特点，阐述了充分利用Internet信息和检索功能为科技查新服务的模式。
Based on the status quo and quality analysis of new services, this paper studies the distribution of Internet information resources and the characteristics of Internet search tools in depth, and expounds the mode of making full use of Internet information and retrieval functions for new services of science and technology.
