市场规则是市场运行的规章与制度，它规范着市场运行方向和活动秩序，反映了市场基本特性、要求以及商品交换的基本规律。文章提出了建构市场规则必须遵循的几条基本原则：１．统一开放原则；２．平等原则；３．等价有偿原则；４．自愿原则；５．交易公开原则；６．诚实信用原则；７．保护竞争原则；８．交易简便迅速原则。建立市场规则对于保障市场经济正常运行，完善社会主义市场经济体制有着十分重要的意义。
Market rules are the rules and regulations for the operation of the market. They regulate the market operation direction and order of activities, and reflect the basic characteristics of the market, the requirements and the basic laws governing the exchange of goods. The article puts forward several basic principles that must be followed when constructing market rules: 1. The principle of unification and openness; 2. The principle of equality; 3. Equivalent payment principle; 4. Voluntary principle 5. The principle of open transactions 6. Honesty and credit principle 7. Protect the principle of competition; 8. Easy and quick transaction principle. Establishing market rules is of great significance for ensuring the normal operation of market economy and perfecting the socialist market economic system.
