从延髓到脊髓的5-羟色胺(5-HT)能下行通路对脊髓交感神经节前神经元的活动具有重要调整作用。我们曾报告,给家兔脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射5-HT或给大鼠脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射阿片肽都具有很强的心血管抑制效应。由于5-HT与内源性阿片样物质在功能上和代谢上密切相关,本工作着重研究了两者在脊髓心血管活动调节中的相互关系。
Serotonin (5-HT) descending pathways from the medulla oblongata to the spinal cord play an important regulatory role in the activity of sympathetic preganglionic neurons in the spinal cord. We have previously reported that there is a strong cardiovascular inhibitory effect on the injection of 5-HT into the spinal subarachnoid space of rabbits or opioid injection into the spinal subarachnoid space of rats. Since 5-HT is functionally and metabolically closely related to endogenous opioids, this work focuses on the relationship between the two in cardiovascular regulation of spinal cord.
