为了快速准确地实现航空发动机装配过程中叶尖间隙值的测量,给出了叶尖间隙影像测量仪运动机构控制的总体方案,介绍了基于“PC+运动控制卡”的伺服控制系统,确定了各电机的PID参数,获得了较好的精度和稳定性,其中X、Y和Z向精度分别可达到0.015mm、0.005mm和0.020mm,同时,采用了高速回原点的方式对系统的初始化速度进行优化,使得系统达到待工况状态的时间小于4min。此控制系统结构简单、操作方便,为后续的快速准确地测量奠定了基础。
