以长白山大花剪秋萝茎节为外植体,对其丛生芽诱导、增殖、生根及保存的最佳培养基进行了筛选。结果表明:最佳茎节诱导培养基为MS+0.8mg/L 6-BA+0.08mg/L NAA,萌发率为90.24%;幼芽最佳增殖培养基为MS+3.0mg/L 6-BA+0.03mg/L NAA,最佳继代时间为25d,平均增殖率为94.1%;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+1.0mg/L NAA,生根率为87.03%;适合该物种保存的培养基为1/10MS(大量元素)+1/3MS(微量元素)+1/2MS(Fe盐)+1/4MS(有机物质),恢复率86.97%,无明显变异,生长良好。
Changbai Mountain flowers cut autumn stems as explants, the buds of buds to induce, proliferate, rooting and preservation of the best medium were screened.
