目的 研究人类白细胞抗原 -DQA1(HLA -DQA1)等位基因对少年型重症肌无力的疾病易感性。方法 采用PCR -RFLP方法 ,对 40例少年型重症肌无力患儿的HLA -DQA1基因进行分型 ,并与健康对照组进行比较。结果 DQA1 0 30 1基因的频率在患病组中升高 ,与健康对照组相比表现出显著性差异 (OR =12 33,P <0 0 1) ;DQA1 0 5 0 1的频率降低。结论 HLA -DQA1 0 30 1基因为少年型重症肌无力的易感基因 ,提示少年型重症肌无力与成人重症肌无力有着不同的免疫遗传机制
Objective To study the susceptibility of human leukocyte antigen-DQA1 (HLA-DQA1) alleles to juvenile myasthenia gravis. Methods HLA-DQA1 gene was genotyped by PCR-RFLP in 40 juvenile myasthenia gravis patients and compared with healthy control group. Results The frequency of DQA1 0 30 1 gene was increased in the diseased group, showing significant difference compared with the healthy control group (OR = 12 33, P 0 01). The frequency of DQA 1 0 5 01 was decreased. Conclusion The HLA-DQA1 0 30 1 gene is a predisposing gene for juvenile myasthenia gravis, suggesting that juvenile myasthenia gravis has different immune genetic mechanisms with adult myasthenia gravis
