目的:纸血片标本用于叶酸营养状况评价是一种新的研究方法,本研究对纸血片标本叶酸微生物学检测方法中叶酸洗脱效率、重复性、贮存条件等进行了初步探讨。结果:纸血片标本叶酸稳定性较好,4℃下贮存3周约有10%叶酸失活;室温下贮存4周叶酸保存率仍在60%以上,避光贮存可降低叶酸损失率;反复冻融对叶酸无明显影响;该检测方法重复性好,批内及批间差异分别<5%,<9%。74名健康非孕妇女叶酸检测结果与放免法红细胞叶酸检测结果呈正相关(r=0.79,P<0.001)。结论:该方法较适用于人群叶酸营养状况的描述性研究及叶酸增补剂服药依从性研究。
OBJECTIVE: Blood paper specimens are used to evaluate the nutritional status of folic acid, which is a new research method. In this study, the folic acid elution efficiency, repeatability and storage conditions were studied in the folic acid microbiological testing methods. Results: The leaf acid stability of paper blood film specimens was good, about 10% folic acid inactivated at 4 ℃ for 3 weeks, and the folic acid preservation rate remained above 60% after 4 weeks of storage at 4 ℃. Freeze-thaw had no obvious effect on folic acid. The detection method was good and reproducible. The difference between intra-and inter-assay was <5% and <9% respectively. The results of folic acid test in 74 healthy non-pregnant women were positively correlated with the results of RBC test (r = 0.79, P <0.001). Conclusion: This method is more suitable for the description of folic acid nutritional status of the crowd and folic acid supplements medication adherence.
