运用ADAMS/Car建立某车型前悬架模型,通过双轮同向跳动仿真试验分析悬架定位参数随车轮上下跳动的变化情况。针对仿真结果中前束角变化趋势不合理、外倾角变化范围过大的问题,运用ADAMS/Insight模块分析了转向节硬点坐标对悬架定位参数的影响程度。找出对前束角、外倾角有较大影响的硬点坐标后,通过优化分析对硬点坐标进行多次修改和迭代,找出最优的结果。
Using ADAMS / Car to build a model of front suspension model, the change of suspension positioning parameters with the up and down beating of the wheel is analyzed through the simulation experiment with two wheels with the same direction. In view of the problem that the variation of the toe angle is unreasonable and the camber angle is too large in the simulation results, the influence of the hard point coordinates of the steering knuckle on the suspension positioning parameters is analyzed by ADAMS / Insight module. After finding out the coordinates of the hard spots which have a great influence on the toe angle and the camber angle, the optimal results were obtained through many times of modification and iteration of the hard point coordinates through optimization analysis.
