近几年,国内外众多研究表明,氧自由基与人体许多疾病的病理生理过程有密切关系。为了探讨肺部感染与氧自由基的关系,我们测定了55例肺部感染患者治疗前后血清SOD和MDA的含量,结果报道如下。1 对象和方法1.1 对象 55例均为1998年1月至10月本科住院患者,急性支气管炎组10例,男6例,女4例,年龄26~58岁;慢性阻塞性肺病组15例,男9例,女6例,年龄56~72岁;慢性肺源性心脏病组15例,男8例,女7例,年龄58~76岁;肺炎组15例,男8例,女7例,年龄22~62岁。对照组均为健康人,共15例,男7
In recent years, many studies at home and abroad show that oxygen free radicals are closely related to the pathophysiological processes of many diseases in the human body.
