演化博弈论是把博弈理论分析和动态演化过程分析结合起来的一种理论。文中介绍了演化博弈论及其在电力市场中的一个具体应用。分析了发电企业在竞价上网过程中竞价策略的自发演化过程,其中自发演化而来的一个竞价策略对应于演化博弈模型的一个演化稳定策略。演化博弈模型的分析结果表明,要使发电侧电力市场健康发展,必须制定合理的竞价规则。文中指出了政府对电力市场进行监管和调控的必要性,并分析了中国制定电力市场竞价上网规则的思路。
Evolutionary game theory is a theory that combines game theory analysis and dynamic evolution analysis. The article introduced evolutionary game theory and its application in power market. This paper analyzes the spontaneous evolution of bidding strategies in the bidding process of power generation companies, in which a bidding strategy evolved spontaneously corresponds to an evolutionary stabilization strategy of the evolutionary game model. The analysis results of the evolutionary game model show that for the healthy development of power generation power market, we must formulate a reasonable bidding rules. The article points out the necessity of the government regulating and regulating the electricity market and analyzes the thinking of China on formulating the bidding rules of electricity market.
