目的:探讨人胎儿子宫发育过程细胞核质变化规律。材料与方法:利用体视学原理,对33例胎龄14~35周人胎儿子宫内层及肌层厚度、细胞核平均体积、核浆比、粗面内质网表面积密度等体视学参数进行测算。结果:在胎龄14~25周期间,胎儿子宫内层随胎龄增长,其组织厚度、细胞核浆比以及粗面内质网表面积密度均无显著变化,细胞核平均体积显著增大。胎龄26~29周,内层组织厚度增长迅速,细胞核浆比显著降低,粗面内质网表面积密度迅速增加,细胞核平均体积显著减小,肌层随胎龄增长细胞核浆比逐渐降低,粗面内质同表面积密度显著增加,细胞核平均体积无明显变化。结论:胎龄26~29周是胎儿子宫发育的重要时期。
Objective: To investigate the changes of nuclear cytoplasm in human fetal uterine development. Materials and Methods: Stereological parameters such as the thickness of the uterus, the thickness of the muscular layer, the average nucleus volume, the ratio of nuclear plasma to cytoplasm, the surface density of rough endoplasmic reticulum in 33 fetuses with gestational age of 14-35 weeks Calculated. Results: During 14 to 25 weeks gestational age, there was no significant change in fetal uterine layer with fetal growth, tissue thickness, cytoplasmic plasma ratio and rough endoplasmic reticulum surface area density, and the average nucleus volume increased significantly. The thickness of inner tissue increased rapidly and the ratio of cytoplasm to plasma decreased significantly at 26 to 29 weeks gestational age. The surface area density of rough endoplasmic reticulum increased rapidly and the average volume of nucleus decreased significantly. The ratio of nuclear plasma to cytoplasm decreased with the increase of gestational age The surface area density of endoplasmic reticulum increased significantly, and the average volume of nucleus did not change significantly. Conclusion: The gestational age of 26-29 weeks is an important period of fetal uterine development.
