目的:观察胰岛素加丹红注射液降低糖尿病肾病尿蛋白排泄率及血糖、血脂等的效果。方法:选择尿微量蛋白排泄率>20μg/min糖尿病肾病81例,随机分为观察组43例和对照组38例。两组均给予糖尿病饮食及胰岛素治疗,观察组在此基础上加用丹红注射液,每次30ml加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注。30天为1个疗程,观察两组24h尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血栓素B2(TxB2)、内皮素(ET),以及空腹血糖(FPG)、血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)等指标变化。结果:治疗后观察组UAER、ET等指标与对照组比较,下降显著或非常显著(P<0.05,P<0.01);TC、TG、BUN、Scr等指标与对照组比较,差异显著或非常显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:胰岛素加丹红注射液降低糖尿病肾病尿蛋白排泄率、血脂等效果好。
Objective: To observe the effects of insulin plus Danhong injection in reducing urinary protein excretion and blood glucose, blood lipid and other effects of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 81 cases of diabetic nephropathy with urinary microalbumin excretion rate> 20μg / min were randomly divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (38 cases). Conclusion: The insulin plus Danhong injection can reduce urinary protein excretion rate of diabetic nephropathy, blood lipids and other effects.
