本文用分布参数的方法列写了CB-B25型齿轮泵进出管道系统的动态方程和方块图,用由结构图直接求频率特性的通用程序在130型计算机上对进油管系统进行了动态分析,研究了各参数对动态性能的影响,提出了在不产生空穴的条件下,在进油管加适当的节流孔把原来不稳定的系统校正为稳定系统的方案。根根讨算结果在多台产品泵上进行了真空度、容积效率、噪声声压级、压力脉动和噪声频谱分析的试验研究,取得一定效果。
In this paper, the dynamic equation and the block diagram of the inlet and outlet pipeline system of CB-B25 gear pump are listed by the distributed parameter method. The inlet pipeline system is dynamically analyzed on the 130 computer using the general procedure of directly seeking the frequency characteristics of the structure diagram. The influence of each parameter on the dynamic performance was studied. A scheme was proposed to correct the original unstable system into a stable system by adding appropriate throttle in the inlet pipe without generating cavities. Root settlement results in a number of products on the pump vacuum, volumetric efficiency, noise and sound pressure level, pressure pulsation and noise spectrum analysis of the experimental study, and achieved some results.
