钻杆的折断会给钻探施工带来严重的影响。如果地层复杂,危害更大。因此,如何减少和消灭钻杆在孔内的折断是钻探生产中的重要课题。钻杆在钻孔的断裂情况按断裂位置分为两种:一种是属于中部断裂,一种为头部丝扣部位的断裂。钻杆丝扣部位的断裂,当热镦粗的工艺正常,其断裂的原因主要是原丝扣部位的结构不合理所造成。但是原丝扣结构有那些不足?如何改革?装配检验技术条件要达到什么样的要求?如果这些问题不搞清楚,就会造成加工上的困难,实际使用中不易收到理想的效果,为此,本文作一些分析和介绍。

The fracture of the drill pipe threading part is normal and the reason for the fracture is mainly caused by the unreasonable structure of the original thread buckle part.
