在无线个人局域网(WPAN)消费产品中,一些相关系统要求快速运行和处理,但这往往与产品的低功率、低成本的要求相冲突。为解决这些要求的冲突,产品的运行效率、成本实效及其底层的功能模块设计变得极为重要。提出一种低成本、简单而高效信道估计和均衡器解决方案,应用于多频带正交频分调制(MB-OFDM)系统的接收机中。该系统应用于实现无线USB与快速蓝牙的WiMedia联盟的网络的物理层与介质访问控制层协议(ECMA-368)。对接收机进行定点运算运行性能测量。从所得的测量结果与现有相关的文献比较中可显示出,使用该方案的MB-OFDM系统有优越的性能。可以实现高速480Mb/s4米的距离传输。
In wireless personal area network (WPAN) consumer products, some related systems require fast operation and handling, but this often conflicts with the product’s low power, low cost requirements. To address these conflicting requirements, the operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and underlying functional module design of products have become extremely important. A low cost, simple and efficient channel estimation and equalizer solution is proposed for receivers in multi-band orthogonal frequency division modulation (MB-OFDM) systems. The system applies to the physical layer and media access control layer protocol (ECMA-368) of the WiMedia Alliance’s network that implements Wireless USB and Fast Bluetooth. The receiver for fixed-point operation performance measurement. It can be shown from the comparison between the obtained measurement results and the existing relevant literature that the MB-OFDM system using this scheme has superior performance.
