在传统的班级管理中,往往由少部分学生组成的管理团队管理班级大部分学生,管理者和被管理者缺乏流动和沟通,常常造成一部分学生缺乏班级主人感,做事情责任心不强。班干部轮换制不仅有利于班风、学风,更重要的是对学生健康成长有深远意义。同时提出关注每位学生的价值,培养全面、主动、健康发展的时代新人是我们教师的职责。
In the traditional class management, the management team, which is often composed of a small number of students, manages most of the students in the class. The lack of mobility and communication among managers and supervisors often results in some students lacking the sense of class mastership and being less responsible in doing things. Shift of class cadres not only conducive to class, style of study, more importantly, the healthy growth of students has far-reaching significance. At the same time, it is our teacher’s duty to pay attention to the value of each student and to cultivate a new generation of people who are full, active and healthy.
