实时超声显象近来已经用于估价胃动力和胃排空功能。作为估计胃排空,最初提出测量全胃容积的方法难度大而且不准确。为确定胃窦容积能否代表全胃容量以及其系列定量能否可靠地表示胃排空,作者进行了如下研究: 选10名健康人(男5,女5,24～39岁)和5例消化不良女性患者(35～47岁)为受试者。健康人无有关症状。腹部B超检查阴性。消化不良患者有食后上腹部不适和饱胀感,上消化道造影、胃镜和腹部超声检查
Real-time ultrasound imaging has recently been used to assess gastric motility and gastric emptying function. As an estimate of gastric emptying, the method originally proposed to measure total stomach volume is difficult and inaccurate. To determine if the volume of the antrum can represent total gastric capacity and whether its series of quantifications reliably represent gastric emptying, the authors conducted the following studies: Ten healthy individuals (5 males, 5 females, 24 to 39 years old) and 5 Dyspepsia female patients (35 to 47 years old) as subjects. No relevant symptoms of healthy people. Abdominal B-ultrasound negative. Patients with dyspepsia after eating abdominal discomfort and fullness, upper gastrointestinal imaging, endoscopy and abdominal ultrasound
