本文将极限稀释微孔培养CFU-GM技术初步用于急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)和慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)研究中,对两者的CFU-GM进行了细胞形态学、细胞化学染色及生化标记、扫描电镜、~3H-TdR掺入和细胞遗传学等方面的研究,证实极限稀释微孔培养较琼脂半固体培养更有利于白血病克隆祖细胞的生长。
In this paper, CFU-GM technology of limiting dilution micropore culture was initially used in the study of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). CFU-GM of the two groups were used for cell morphology, cytochemical staining and Biochemical markers, scanning electron microscopy, ~ 3H-TdR incorporation and cytogenetics and other aspects of the study, confirmed that the limiting dilution microporous culture agar more conducive to the growth of leukemic clonal progenitor cells.
