本文基于当前先进制造技术的发展水平和华南农业大学的教学、实验条件,探讨先进制造技术课程教学、实验的模式和方法。在以下几方面取得了比较好的教学效果:结合先进制造技术的实际发展水平,以先进性、实用性、应用广泛和代表性为原则设置了现代设计技术等六大部分讲授内容;根据学生反馈意见提出穿插讲解、系统层/技术层面宏微观比较等方法教学实践;结合实际情况开设实地参观、虚拟展示、模拟实践等实验环节。
Based on the current development of advanced manufacturing technology and the teaching and experiment conditions of South China Agricultural University, this paper discusses the teaching and experiment modes and methods of advanced manufacturing technology. In the following aspects, we have obtained relatively good teaching effect. Combining with the actual development level of advanced manufacturing technology, six major parts of modern design technology are set according to the principles of advancedness, practicability, extensive application and representativeness. According to the feedback from students Opinions are interspersed to explain, the system level / technical level macro-micro comparison teaching practice; combined with the actual situation to open the field visits, virtual display, simulation and other experimental aspects.
